Is it possible for the unit price on the printed/exported invoice to reflect the "Prices include VAT" tick box. ie. If you enter the unit price inc VAT can this be shown when printed. As present the printed invoice reflects the amount without VAT and my consumer based customers get confused.

Sorry no, you cannot print an invoice that shows prices including VAT from Solar Accounts.
Note that HMRC requires ex-VAT prices on invoices:
