Currently im sending out a quote to a number of suppliers but was wondering if Solar accounts will allow a quote to be send to a supplier? If i send a POR the supplier will think i want to purchase from them and send the items when all i require is there best price.

Sorry no, Solar Accounts doesn't have a 'quote request' feature. However, you can change the title of the printed purchase order to say 'Quote Request' instead. To do this, click menu Setup > Customise Invoice > Field Names > Purchase Order Fields, then change 'Purchase Order' to 'Quote Request'.
