VAT-only invoice

I forgot to change the VAT rate for my first VAT invoice this year - how can I do an invoice asking for the extra VAT apart from voiding the original which I dont really want to do.

Hi Jane,

Let's say your invoice is for £100 ex-VAT and in January you charged £15 VAT. To charge the extra £2.50, create another invoice with two lines:
1. Amount -£100 at 15% (note this is a negative amount)
2. Amount £100 at 17.5%
