Can we use this program for three users?
Does it need to be installed in a server and can it be used in a office private network?

Yes, you can install the software on up to 3 computers as long as they are owned by the same person or organisation.

The simplest way to share business data is to store your data file on a shared network drive. Note that only one user can open the file at a time - they will have to take turns to access the data.

how can I ensure that I'm the only person using my software? I think someone who accessed my computer managed to install on theirs and I want to block that. I only use my software on one PC device at the moment.

If you are using the online version of Solar Accounts you can change your password by clicking menu File > Security > Change Password. This will prevent any other users from accessing your account.

If you are using the offline version you cannot block someone else from using your purchase code - sorry.
