Need a little assistance, how do I account for my personal mileage? Do not physically pay myself the mileage amount, usually use spreadsheets and new to Solar so still trying to find my feet. so far really liking the programme.

Assuming you are self-employed, just record a Money Paid Out transaction from the 'Owners Drawings and Personal Use' account to the 'Motor Expenses' account.
