Running Solar Accounts on a Mac

Hi Guys
might have run into a problem ... I ve bought a Mac for the business but found out that solar isnt supported? nightmare!
any advice gratefully accepted! I dont really want to use a separate PC just for my accounts and i dont want toi use any other accounting program!

Hi Bob,

You will need to buy a copy of Windows and run it on your Mac. (All new Macs come with software called 'Bootcamp' which allows you to run Windows on them). One you have Windows running just install Solar Accounts in the usual way.

Although you said you don't want a second computer, do consider a cheap netbook - £189 including delivery, and a good machine too (though still Windows XP, not 7):

Would run solar accounts very well - it doesn't need a huge screen.
