I'm trying out the solar accounts software. I have entered a few invoices for different clients, so e.g. I have 12 invoices for 4 different clients.

I want to just collate the invoices for one particular client to email them to the client together in a batch of 3.

Is there a way of doing this?

I can't seem to separate out one clients incoices from any other clients.

Also, is there a way to batch them using the ctrl key & clicking on the ones which I want to batch together? Many thanks. Victor

Hello Victor,

Sorry, you cannot select multiple invoice in Solar Accounts (ie. with the control key). Instead, save each of the 3 invoices as a PDF file (click File > Save as PDF) then attach the PDF files to an email.

The latest version of Solar Accounts now allows you to email multiple invoices as a batch. Just select multiple rows by holding down the shift key, then click menu File > Email.
