Postage charges - Net or Gross?

Hi - can anyone tell me if the Postal Charges account in Solar is Revenue (Gross Profit) or Other Income (Net Profit)? Thanks!

Hi Charlie,

If you charge customers for postage, allocate the amount to the 'Shipping Fees Collected' account. This account will then be shown in the Profit and Loss report as a separate line item, and it will affect both the Total Income and Net Income figures.
