Hi Dave,
If you have a Windows shared network drive, you should be able to save your Solar Accounts data file to that drive, then each computer can take turns opening the file. (Only one computer can access the file at a time).
Otherwise you will need to copy the data file between the computers (eg. on a memory stick).
