I am inputing accounts that are a year old. How can I make the default date that is over a year ago ie April 2009.

Hi Ian,

Solar Accounts doesn't allow you to directly change the default date. Instead, you will need to change the date in Windows (double-click on the clock at the bottom-right of the screen).

The latest version of Solar Accounts includes a couple of date improvements:
1. You can adjust the date by pressing the up/down arrow keys, or page-up/page-down keys.

2. You can set the default date to be the most-recently-entered date by clicking menu Setup > Transaction Defaults > Default Date
