Deregistering for VAT

I am going to deregister for vat at my year-end 31/12/2010. How does this affect my software package please?

Hello Wynford,

Any transactions dated after 31/12/2010 should have the VAT Treatment set to 'Out of Scope'. Once you have entered all the transactions up to 31/12/2010, click menu Setup > Contact Details & VAT, then untick 'Registered for VAT'.
