Is there any way to record an item list that will 'easy fill' when recording purchases and invoices. I buy and sell a number of items that need to be itemised on an invoice and without this it could take ages. I do not need a stock facility

When you enter text into the Description field of an invoice, it will automatically add this text to the Description drop-list for future invoices. One way to 'pre-populate' the drop-list is to create a quote with all the items in the table (one on on each line).
