I'd like to run some reports to show me:

1. Spend by customer to find out which one spends the most with us
   2) Profitability by customer to see which is the most...profitable

Can these be obtained from Solar and can custom reports be written (by us or you)?

Sorry no, these reports aren't available and Solar Accounts cannot produce custom reports.

I'll note this as a feature request in our development system.
