Hi I am using SagePay and receive and make payments to and from it via my online site.
How do I go about showing income and out going - just to cover both instances.

I'm not familiar with SagePay, but I assume you have an account with them representing the money they owe you (ie. sales income not yet transferred to your bank account). In that case create a new Asset account called 'SagePay Account' and use it when recording Money Received or Money Paid Out - this is similar to the way you would record a bank account.
