I need to send my accountants my accounts for 09/10 and am not sure of the best way to send only the required time frame also not sure if I started a new financial year on 5/4/2010 how would I be sure I have and if not how would I.

Hi Mick,
The simplest way to send data to your account is to email your entire data file. See this page for details:

You can view your financial year settings by clicking menu Setup > Financial Year. If the start date is not correct, select 'Edit the current financial year' and enter the correct start date.
