How to delete options in dropdown list

How can I delete items in the dropdown list shown when creating a new general transaction?

Hi Dave,

I'm afraid you cannot directly delete items from the Journal Memo field of the General Transaction window. The only option is to delete the underlying transaction for that drop-list option.
