Entering transaction with old date

I was wondering if I make an entry in banking or purchase invoices with a date previous to the last i.e. todays date 26.11.08 and the invoice date is 05.08.08 will it be accepted and go date order?

Hi Shinie,

Yes, you can input transactions for any date - they will always be displayed in date order (except in the Bank Reconciliation window where the aim is to display transactions in the order printed on your statement).
