I'm not sure how to add shipping/postage charges to an invoice. On most invoices I see the shipping charges appear below the 'subtotal' field, but this does not seem to be possible.
Do I add shipping costs on the invoice below the items sold on another line in the description of goods/services and then charge it to the 'shipping fees collected' account? Or do I issue a separate shipping costs invoice?

Yes, just add an extra line to the invoice allocated to the 'Shipping Fees Collected' account.
