My main computer went on the blink & I had to write up from my back-up on a second computer.
Now that my first computer has been fixed how do I transfer the new work from the back up on my pen drive to this computer.

The backup file is simply a copy of the original data file. To restore it:
1. Download and install Solar Accounts onto your new computer:
http://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download.php
2. Copy the file from the memory stick to the Documents folder on your computer
3. Rename the file to remove the word 'Backup'
4. Double-click on the file to open it
