Hi, i've been using Solar accounts for around year now and find it really good.
is it possible to export the individual item data i've entered into purchase invoices over into an excel spreadsheet?
I'm thinking in one hit, rather than having to go into each item and individualy cut/paste.
I'd like to be able to produce product list along with prices.
Any ideas?

Hi Darren,
No, that's not something Solar Accounts can produce automatically. One approach is to export your invoice data to a CSV file (click menu File > Export To > Comma Separated CSV File) then use Microsoft Excel to delete all but the following columns:
Line 1 Description, Line 1 Unit Price, LIne 2 Description, Line 2 Unit Price, etc
You would then need to cut and paste cells to end with a single list of description/price pairs.
