Is it possible to add another column onto the view you see when you first click on Invoices? I have date, ID, Cust ref, Customer, Total and Balance Due. I want to add a note with the project name into each invoice so I can easily find previous projects to compare pricing etc. I see I can use the Cust PO field to type in my notes, but that means I have nowhere to put my actual POs!

Sorry no, you cannot add extra columns to the invoice list. However, you can add text such as 'Project X' to the Journal Memo field of the invoice window. You can then filter the invoice list to only show invoices with that text (click the 'Advanced Filter' button at the top-left).
