I have set up each of my SOLAR Databases as a shortcut on my Desktop. Today, when I click on any of the shortcuts, I invariable see a pop up box, headed 'Progress Information' with the words 'Operation in Progress' in the box. This just hangs until I delete the task using Task Manager.
It only seems to be an issue with Opening SOLAR. I have run a Norton Scan and a Malwarebytes scan - which show no problems.
I can, eventually, get SOLAR to load after a few attempts.
Is this a known SOLAR issue ?

No, that's the first time we've heard of this problem. Please run Solar Accounts by clicking the Windows 'Start' menu (bottom left of screen) then All Programs > Solar Accounts > Solar Accounts. Then from within Solar Accounts press Ctrl + F9. You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
