Hi , somehow I managed to delete one of my business accounts from my solar home page.I ws offered to restore from a backup , which i did , only to find that the back up was from december 2011. I managed to restore all my deleted file onto the c drive and can see the file i need. How do i replace the incorrect back uo (which is now on my main menu on solar) with my correct file on my C drive.

Close Solar Accounts, then using Windows (or Mac) navigate to the folder containing your file, then double-click on the file to open it.
Normally Solar Accounts files are located in your Documents folder. However, if you cannot find the file press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us locate your Solar Accounts data file.
