Is there a way to have the information you've input previously automatically appear again? Eg. Purchase invoice from Mr Clark for 2 x tyres @ £34.00 each, VAT 20%, etc... When I next go into Mr Clark to create a purchase invoice, it never brings up the information from the earlier invoice - it's always fairly blank. If it could, it would be advantageous as quite a bit of the information is repeated? Same goes for sales invoices, money received, etc..
Any thoughts?

Thanks for your feedback. The problem is that many users will not buy the same thing or be charged the same price each time. For example, an electricity bill is likely to be slightly different each quarter.
I think a better solution in your case is to simply copy an existing transaction. Select the previous transaction for that supplier, then click menu Edit > Copy.
