Hi, I am completely new to book-keeping. I have previously recorded expenses on a spreadsheet which I forward to my accountant who then does official 'book-keeping' on and charges me for. I want to be able to do my own book-keeping but I need a program that is very simple and very straightforward so that I'll be able to pick up how to use it practically straight away using my common sense. Is your program one for someone with no book-keeping experience or knowledge of book-keeping?

Yes Solar Accounts is designed to be used by people with no bookkeeping experience. However, any new software will require a little learning and patience. I recommend you try a few software products 'side-by-side' to get a feel for which one you find most intuitive. You may also find our help page useful:
