With the demise of MYOB I'm looking for a replacement
As this business invoices out "Rent for .........2009" each month, is it possible to keep this template for each customer or must I type out Rent for ...... each and every customer each month?
Also Can I keep the cost of a client's rent cost, ie x amount weekly or monthly within that client's database record?

Hello Adrian,
The simplest approach is to copy an existing invoice - just right-click on an invoice and select 'Copy'. Also when typing in the description field you will be offered a list of previous invoice line descriptions. You can also add any extra information about a customer to the customer notes field.
