I'm a sole trader doing my taxes. Some of my expenses are part business, part personal use, for example my broadband connections costs £60 per month, but is 50% personal use, so effectively I can only claim half of those £60 as business expense. How do I enter this into Solar Accounts?

Create a Money Paid Out transaction for the full amount, but in the Allocate To Account table enter two lines: the first allocated to the appropriate expense account (eg. Telephone and Internet) and the second line to 'Owners Drawings and Personal Use'.
