my solar account is missing

good evening..my solar account has gone missing from my laptop!! how do I retrieve my accounts? please help.

Hi Edgar,

If you mean that you cannot run Solar Accounts: try downloading and installing it again:

If you mean your business is not listed when you click 'Open Existing File':
Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
