Office 2013 & Office 365 Intergration

solar account raises the "no default email client installed" error message every time I attempt to email a invoice from within the program

the issue exists on 3 computers, 2 with 64bit version of Office 2013 and 1 with Office 365 live.

can you please confirm the bug and schedule it for a fix?

thanks

sean.

Hi Sean,

Yes it sounds like a bug. I'll note it in our development database - we will aim to fix it in a future release although please keep in mind that we cannot make promises about future development.

Regards,

We had this problem too, the solution we found was to uninstall Office 2013 64 bit and re-install as Office 2013 32bit it works fine on 64 bit Windows.

We reported the problem and the solution to Solar in Dec 2012!

It is a shame it is still being reported as a bug

Hi Sean
You will not have a problem with emailing invoices if you had downloaded the 32bit version of Office 2013 instead of the 64bit one, Works fine for me on a 64bit laptop or desktop PC running Office with 32bit download.
