solar accounts emailing

Hi

When I click email to email say an invoice a copy does not go into my sent items in my macmail..

its happened recently but all the soft ware is up to date...

Hi Alec,

Thanks for reporting the problem. Please tell me: What versions are you running for each of these programs: a) Mac OS X; b) Mac Mail; c) Solar Accounts?

Also note that when you click the 'Send' button Mac Mail will first move the message to the Outbox folder, not the Sent folder. Can you please check both the Outbox folder and the Sent folder for the missing email?

Also, please tell me:
1. Does this problem occur with all customer email addresses or just one?

2. Does this problem occur when you manually type a new email message into Mac Mail and attach the Invoice PDF produced by Solar Accounts?
