Ltd Company - just me.
Company making a contribution (lump sum) to Employee (me) pension fund.
How do i enter this into the accounts?
Thought it best to ask as this one can be an expensive mistake to get wrong.

I think that would simply be a General Transaction from the Cheque Account to Directors Loan Account. However I'm not an expert on the accounting treatment for employee pensions - please check this approach with your accountant.
