is there a way in which we can have more users working at the same time with solar accounts

It seems you are running the offline version of Solar Accounts. Unfortunately that version will not allow multiple users to access data for the same business at the same time.
However, we recently released the Solar Accounts Online which allows any number of users to access the same business simultaneously. You can try it free for 30 days here:

Note that your existing licence isn't valid for the online version. If you want to continue using the online version after the trial expires you would need to pay a monthly fee as described here:
