I have been using Solar Accounts for some Years now and like it. But all of a sudden when trying Make a Purchase Order it just does not exist. There is invoice Purchase Invoice etc etc But NO Purchase Order. I have checked and it has been set up, I clicked the OK but still does not show in the Download.
Any Help please

In order to Create a Purchase Order please follow these steps:
Click Purchase invoices (from the left hand menu)
Then Click on the "File" menu, then "New", then select "Purchase order" from the drop down menu.

Here is alternative method to create Purchase Orders in Solar Accounts:
From the Main Menu
> Create an invoice
Click on "Document Type" in the top right hand corner
> Select Purchase order
Populate the form with your data
