Attachment to an invoice

Hi. Just moved over to the online system and have two questions.

  1. For some of our clients, we need to attach an additional document to the emailed invoice How can I do this since it now pings directly from Solar to the email recipient.

  2. Often we need to send an invoice to more than one recipient. Can e have more email fields for a Customer?

  1. Sorry, it is not possible to attach another document to the emailed invoice in Solar Accounts. To do so, save the invoice as a PDF (> More options > Export to PDF) then go to your normal email and attach the PDF invoice and other document you need to send.

  2. Yes, when you create a new customer you gave include more that one email address. (Make sure that you separate each email address with a semi-colon). When you email the invoice it will be sent to the email addresses you have set up.
