Help!!
I need to send my end of year accounts (year ending 30/09/2016) to my accountant.
I have done this every year via e.mail no problem, but suddenly, I have LOST ALL my transactions from December 2015 - nothing there. Fortunately I have created a backup, but still need to restore all my lost information.
Any thoughts? otherwise I shall have to go through all this manually from December 2015.
What has happened, please?

Hi Phillip,
It sounds like you are using the offline version and have simply opened an older file rather than the most up-to-date file. I'm pretty sure we can find the missing data file - please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder - then email me that file.
