I've just recieved a message saying a programming error has occured. This is stopping me from accessing my file. It says to restart solar to save my file but it is still coming up with the same error. Is there any way to fix this problem? Many Thanks

Sorry about that. It sounds like your data file has become corrupted, but in such cases we can usually recover the data from an automatic backup file. Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email us that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
