I am now setting up several clients with the online version of Solar and they are supplying me with the relevant codes and I am able to gain access to their account (I presume that the access code only needs to be entered once).
Can both the client and I access their account at the same time, in real time? i.e. if a client is logged into their account and telephones me with a query, am I able to log into their account from my computer and make adjustments on their behalf, or would they have to log out at their end?

Yes, Solar Accounts is designed to allow two users to access the same business data simultaneously. If your client has recently entered data you may need to press the 'Refresh' button at the top of the main window to see those changes. (And yes you only need to enter the sharing code once for each client).
