I am having trouble customising my invoice to how I would like it,
with date, hours worked, and totals - I can't seem to manage it, it
doesn't look like the template on your help screen - can you help?!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you tell me how far you got
with the help page? For example, can you open the Customise Invoice
window? If so can you change the word 'Quantity' to 'Hours'?

Can;t find the customise invoice window? I am going into set up and invoice field names, maybe this is where I am going wrong?

Hi Jane,
Yes it's the Invoice Field Names window (we changed the name of this window to 'Customise Invoice' in the latest version of Solar Accounts).
Under the Print As column you should see a row for 'Quantity' - click on the text and change this to 'Hours'. You should also see a row for 'Unit Price' - change this to 'Per Hour', then click OK. This should then update the invoice fields when printed. Note that you will have to enter the date as part of the description.
