I have solar cloud..(Dec 2019) but I have noticed it doesnt always register payments. I will enter them in to the system and a week or two later they will I notice the outstanding balance is back on my system. please advise. as this is causing a lot of problems with my customers.

then email it to me. Also, can you please tell me the invoice number for
the invoice which was previously paid but now shows an outstanding
balance? What was the date when you recorded the payment?

Can you please tell me the invoice ID associated with one of the payments
you made on 3 March?
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "When they all showed up back on my
system...". Do you mean the payment transactions disappeared then
reappeared at a later date?
