I have a technical issue and need your support.
When I create the new invoice, I have written some information in the "free text" column. However, I need to change the content in the column, but it did not show the amendment in the updated invoice. Could you advice what I can do in order to update the information in the "free text" column showing in the invoice?

Hi Grace,
OK here's how to ensure that the Free Text field from the invoice windows
appears on the PDF invoice:
Click menu Setup > Page Layout > Invoice Template
Scroll to the bottom of the template page and double-cick on the large
box to the left of the Subtotal field
Set the text to [Free Text] including square brackets
Click OK to save your changes
