How can I insert a column

Unfortunately you cannot add a column to an invoice. If you want to add a
column to a list of transactions, right-click on the list and select Show

Thank you for your print response, I need to show on the invoice the hours worked per description, it’s not a calculation but purely for information ideally it would be better if I could have a separate column on the invoice for this. Is there anyway I can do it?

Hi Tangy,
Sorry no - you would need to include the hours worked as part of the
description text. Alternatively, you could add a new line which contains
only the hours worked and where all the other fields on that line are empty.
