We have a customer who is also a supplier. When I try to enter their details as a supplier the system tells me that they already exist (which they do but as a customer) and doesn't allow me to add them again as a customer. Apart from adding eg "supplier" or "customer" onto their name is there any way around this?

Regarding your question about Gross registered CIS suppliers showing in the
CIS report - I'll note your support for this feature, but it's unlikely to
be something we tackle in the next year or so - sorry.
