My version of Solar is not online. I have an offline version and I want to add another user. Is there an easy way to do this and is it easy to share files back and forth this way?

Hi Paul,

Yes you can still share your data with a colleague, although it's not as
easy as the online version. Here's how it works with the offline version:

1. Edit your data using Solar Accounts

2. Close Solar Accounts and location the .slr data file (usually in your Documents folder) then email it to your colleague

3. Your colleague should save the file to the Documents folder then double-click on the file to open it in Solar Accounts

4. Your colleague closes Solar Accounts and then emails you back the file

5. You save the file to your Documents folder and double-click on the file to edit it in Solar Accounts
