Solar is giving this error only on one of our computers ... due to an earlier error you must restart solar accounts before making any further changes . Can you advise what i need to do please

Are you still getting the error after you restart Solar Accounts? If so,
please create a sharing code as described here

and email it to me. That will help me investigate further.
