Invoice Delivery Issues

When I send invoices using online solar accounts, they don’t find the destination email address. Invoices are not being received therefore not being paid.
Help.

Hi Nick,

Firstly click menu Tools > Email Status, and check that your emails are
being delivered successfully. If they are delivered then it may be marked
as spam by the recipient's email system - emails sent directly from Solar
Accounts come from an address like user.1234567@solaraccounts.co.uk. I
recommend you follow up with an email from your nick@ndaelectrical.co.uk
account asking the customer to look out for an email message from @
solaraccounts.co.uk - you should only need to do this once for each
customer. As a last resort you can export the invoice to a PDF file and
use your email program to send it.

But why would it be going through as spam?

Hi Nick,

We're not sure why it is marked as spam - unfortunately the email system of
recipients is outside our control.
