CIS Customer Deduction Report Issue

When i run a CIS customer deduction report the labour and materials columns has ? in them.

Why is this and how do i correct it ?

Hi Philip,

It sounds like Solar Accounts cannot calculate the split between labour and
materials. Make sure that the description field for the CIS deduction is
"CIS Deduction @ 20%" and that the Unit Price field is negative. Then
refresh the CIS report. See this page for details:
