Hi I would like to change to online, so can you send me a link please. Also I would like to stop using it on a PC and change to apple. Plus we are changing accountants so need to know how to give permission to the new one to access.

Hi Peter,
That should be no problem - to switch to the online version follow the 5
steps on this page:
https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/upgrade
For step 1, you will need to copy the .slr business file from the Documents
folder on your old Windows computer to a USB memory stick. Then insert the
memory stick into your new Apple Mac and continue with Steps 2 to 5. If
you get stuck at any point please let me know what step you reach and any
error message.
Once you have set up your online account you can share your data with your
accountant by sending them a sharing code as described here:
