I bought my Solar Accounts version in Dec last year; I have now hired a secretary and want to transfer the program to her computer. Can yoo point me to some form of guide for this download please?

We don't have a web page with this information, but here's what you do:
1. On your secretary's computer, download and install the latest version of Solar Accounts from here:
http://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download.php
Copy your Solar Accounts data file from your computer to your secretary's computer via a USB memory stick (or by emailing the file to her).
The first time you open the data file on your secretary's computer you will be asked to upgrade the file - click OK.
