Can I print off a total of income for a set month only; i.e. The total income for December 2019, and the total income for December 2021

Yes, you could view the Profit and Loss report for December 20219 and
December 2021. To do that, go to the Reports list and select 'Profit and
Loss - Multiple Periods', then click Configure and set Period 1
to 01/12/2019 - 31/12/2019, and Period 2 to 01/12/2021 - 31/12/2021. This
will show both the total income and total expenses for those two months.
