I am handing over responsibility for one of the accounts that I run, which is for a social club. How can I hand over the file so that the incoming treasurer takes ownership of it and pays for it. At present I own the file and it is shared with the accountant and now the incoming treasurer. I want the new treasurer to own the file and pay for it while the accountant and I have shared access, so that I can mentor the new chap while he learns to use Solar.

You will need to give the new treasurer access to the business data by
following the steps on this page:
https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/help/how-to-share-financial-data-with-your-accountant

Once you have done this, please let me know your User ID and the new
treasurer's User ID, and we will update our system so that the new
treasurer is the primary billing contact and is charged the monthly fee.
